How should you return your product?

No matter what happens, our customers all the time have the right to get a refund if they do not like what they get. That policy is something we are really proud of and we never breach it for any reason.

In order to start the process, you need to send us an email about your request for a return and refund. So, please send an email to returns@lumoslumos.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. In your email, please also state your order number, and the products you want to return.

Once we process your return, we will email you a return shipping label that you can attach to the package and mail it back to us.

Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have an RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to the sender (at the sender’s expense).

Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
